- Write your follow-up messages in a personal style. Each follow-up message is sent To: one individual, From: another individual, i.e., a personal one-to-one message. Your writing style should reflect that.
- Input your visitor information live on Sunday morning. One church uses a roaming iPad to record visitor information.
- For each "IF_" paragraph in your follow-ups, include the relevant staff member as a Cc: so that both they and the visitor can see that they're in the loop.
- Don't depend on CARS as your only follow-up method. Personal contact by phone or other means is still important!
